Recommended PTC-200/221/225 software version

Easy Engine® is designed and tested for reliable use with PTC-200/221/225 DNA Engine software version 3.0B or higher. For optimal performance of Easy Engine it is recommended that every PTC-200/221/225 software version lower than 3.0B is upgraded. Please contact your local MJ Research Distributor for upgrade possibilities. Using Easy Engine with PTC-200/225 DNA Engine software versions lower than 3.0B can give unpredictable data and results. Using software version 3.0A is a very special occasion and is therefore NOT recommended

Avoid or minimize Multi-tasking

To guarantee a continuous flow of data communication and processing of Easy Engine it is recommended that Easy Engine users should avoid lots of "Windows Multi Tasking" during monitoring blocks or servicing blocks. Multi-tasking means starting or working in other programs than Easy Engine.
